    I haven't, no. The one time I called them to ask about anti-spyware software, they were less than helpful - presumably because Apple doesn't want to recommend software that they don't develop themselves (maybe because of liability issues?). Nope, haven't called them, but if it takes me much longer to figure this out, I'll give them a shot.
