I mean, it's obviously not from Rutsey, but you know, whatever, right?

John Rutsey died on May 16th, 2008, just two days after that comment was posted.

[correction: the date of his passing was May 11th, 2008. The Rush.com website announced the news on the 18th, hence, my confusion.]

Without him, Rush would not have existed at all and the music landscape would be very, very different today.

Rest in peace, John Rutsey.

Re: Music Review: Rush - Snakes and Arrows

I'm so frustrated that they kicked me out!
If I wouldda stayed, Rush would have taken a much different road like Queen.

Re: Music Review: Rush - Snakes and Arrows

I was somewhat dismayed by your comment on Cinderella Man as being a "misstep", it is a very classic Rush tune. It is loosely based on "Mr.Deeds Goes to Washington". Its folksy upbeat verses, pastoral chorus and funky bridge/solo sections have Rush progressive power written all over it. I never get tired of playing that song.

Re: Music Review: Rush - Snakes and Arrows

Snakes and Arrows is awesome!!!***** for me
