How to Avoid Ads on Twitter with Filtering
Exactly. His "race" has nothing to do with his victory. His HEART had everything to do with it and voter confidence that a heart-led leader is best.
I, too, am happy that my children will be inheriting a new POV and a fresh America. My kids have never known bigotry and they really don't understand the historical significance of Obama being elected despite his "race" - We've come full circle - we, as parents, have raised a new generation of tolerant, compassionate, THINKING children and we've just handed them HOPE for a better way to live and think with this election.
"I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word." - Martin Luther King, Jr.
We've come full circle from the initial civil rights and "love" movements of the 60s. Feels good to see it all come together. :-)
Obama projects a number of intangible qualities, besides charisma and feels like a JFK or early Clinton before some of the less pleasant news broke out.
IMO the rest of the free world let out a collective sigh of relief the moment his victory was announced.
