Good to hear - I just booked a flight with southwest today for BlogWorldExpo - I think the last time I flew Southwest was either November 2001 or never lol - so I'm hoping for a good experience myself!

It's strictly carry-on only this time, or else I would for sure!

(for those that don't know, Delta left my luggage in New York on my way to Boston a few weeks ago and I didn't get it until I'd been there for a night and a morning).

Interesting...what are you doing in San Diego next month? :)
Another SWA story for you that I read about on Yelp...a woman and her boyfriend were traveling cross-country from Chicago to San Francisco. They were seated in a row in front of a baby that would-not-stop-crying-for-nothing.
The flight attendant took one look at them, and for the remainder of the flight, brought them little bottles of vodka, on the house.
